Absolutely! One of the benefits of our program is combining martial art classes as well as a functional strength classes. This challenges even the fittest of people as you are always working to improve from your last session.

Training with a mate can help keep you focused, however its not a requirement. After a short time you'll find you have many new mates at the gym that are happy to partner up with you.

Classes go for an hour, with an average number of 12 - 20 people per class.

Far from it! Our classes are based on the training methods developed to train Blackbelt Pro Fighters. Footwork drills, fight combos, attack and defence drills are incorporated into each class.
7. Is it only for serious boxers?
While we do take our training seriously, getting in the ring is not for everyone. Most people are there because they're bored of regular, commercial gyms and want a better, authentic form of boxing - kickboxing - muay thai - jiujitsu
